Start Registering Voters!

This is one of the most important roles in the election. People arrive at the polls sometimes not knowing who is on the ballot.  Poll Greeters help them find the Democratic Candidates by directing them to the online 2026 Voter Guide. We also help them to find their individual sample ballot at VotePalmBeach.gov People can avoid long lines by booking an appointment here.   Pick your shift 7-10, 10-1, 1-4, and 4-7.  Bring your own chair, weather protection, and snacks. Bring slate cards and a clip board and paper to collect the name, email and telephone number of people who want to volunteer for the Democratic Party. People can join our mailing list at PBCDemocraticParty.org All "Poll Greeters"  are asked to take the optional "Poll Watcher" Training from the Florida Democratic Party.  In the unlikely event that a "Poll Greeter" witnesses unusual activity, the one-hour Poll Watcher Training Certification will allow you to act as a "Poll Watcher" to speak with the Clerk inside the polling location.

Tuesdays - Thursdays - Saturdays from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM Join us for Volunteer Workdays every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday from 10am to 1pm.  Drop by and tell us how you can help elect Democrats.  We will train you on virtual phone banking so you can call from HQ or the comfort of your home.  We are currently calling Dems to get them ready for the midterms by enrolling in Vote by Mail.  We will train you on Voter Registration, Door Knocking, Driving for Door Knockers, Support for our Team and so much more.  There is something for everyone.  Get involved and be part of the Historic Blue Wave this fall. **DEADLINE REQUEST A MAIL BALLOT ** August 6, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. WE NEED YOUR HELP NOW! We have LESS THAN ONE WEEK to get Pinellas Democrats enrolled in Vote-By-Mail. Florida's vote-by-mail rules have changed as of January 1, 2025. Did you know we NOW have to request a mail ballot every two years?!? Over 1.2 million Florida Democrats (and over 95,000 in Pinellas!) who voted in 2024 have to request a mail ballot before August 6.  Pinellas Democrats have made over 100,000 calls to help re-enroll Democrats in vote-by-mail before the deadline.  What can you do? JOIN US! Whether you are NEW to calling voters or you are EXPERIENCED and it's been a while since you made calls, we want to provide you support, the latest information, and have some fun too!  And once you are trained and ready to go, you can join us each Sunday 12 PM - 2PM or make calls from the comfort of your home ANYTIME between 9AM - 8PM Monday -Saturday, and 11AM - 7PM on Sundays!

Join us for this in-person phonebank in Coconut Creek where we'll call friendly Democrats and help them re-enroll in Vote-by-Mail. We recommend that you bring: a smartphone (required) headset, earbuds, or AirPods (recommended) a laptop or tablet (preferred but not required) great energy! Why We're Calling Florida’s vote-by-mail rules have changed—and many Broward County Democrats are no longer signed up to get a mail ballot in 2026. These are some of our most reliable voters—and unless we reach them, many could be left behind. Your quick, helpful conversations will make a real difference.
